Our staff
Our dedicated team of staff are highly skilled in supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We create a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels understood, valued and ready to learn. Staff build strong, trusting relationships and use consistent, trauma-informed approaches to support emotional regulation, behaviour and wellbeing.
All of our staff, including leadership, teachers, interventionists, class support, family support, behaviour support and administration, work closely together as one team to provide personalised learning that meets each child’s academic and emotional needs. We focus on developing resilience, confidence and positive relationships, helping pupils to succeed both in school and beyond.
We are committed to working in partnership with families and external professionals to ensure every child receives the right support at the right time.
